• Information collection

  Through the various forms (Contact Us / Newsletter) as well as through our shop, we will capture various personal information. This can includes your full name, physical address, email address and phone contact details.

  Additionally, through the various Photography services we are providing we might have to collect additional information to make sure we can deliver according to your expectations - this can be (but is not limited to) physical address, phone contact details as well as details about the participants to an event and details about the event itself (date, location etc.).

  Data can only be collected by Caroline Viple-Bourmache or Sylvain Bourmache and will be stored only on secured external drive (not on any cloud-type server).

  Your data will never be provided to a third party, photographies bought would be proposed and transferred through specialised providers who would have no access to such data.

• Personal Data Management

  Personal data collected (through the Contact Us form or the Newsletter or any later direct communication) can be requested to be deleted at any time using our Contact Us form or by email directly to us if such communication has been established post an initial contact. Similarly, you con request to be unsubscribed from the Newsletter at anytime by contacting us through the Contact Us form.

  Please note we could request to use some of all of the photograph taken for you for commercial or promotional usage on our website or our social media pages, if agreed we would kindly require you to sign a waiver or release authorising us such usage - which you could revoke too at anytime through the Contact Us page.

  Please note your personal data, once a commercial and professional service has been provided, will be held indefinitely and at least for the minimum legal period require to enable us to respond to any Legal or Tax requirement, law or request from the corresponding authoritative body.

  As per the guidance of the Information Commissioner’s Office, I would provide upon request a copy of all personal information I may store about you and all related commercial interaction we might have had.

  Your right to be forgotten: it is your right to request that any of your personal data to be deleted. Such request is to be submitted through the Contact Us form, we would erase your data within a maximum of 1 month. Please note the right is not absolute and could only apply in under certain circumstances while some data cannot be erased for compliance purpose against other legal obligations.

• Our Details

  This website and corresponding services are processed through Bourmache Consultancy Limited whose sole director is Sylvain Bourmache, Caroline Viple-Bourmache is supporting the Travel activity.

  We live in Kidbrooke, South East London but do not hold hold an actual commercial location while our Limited is registered at our home address, all Travel and Photo commercial activity are powered through the GlobeTrotterPhoto website.
